-We take pride in the quality of our fresh greenery products. Because they are perishable and custom-made to order, we can only accept returns or issue refunds if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Reporting an Issue:

- Contact us at Bouchardwreathcompany@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
- We will work with you to make it right — options may include a replacement, partial refund, or another solution we agree on together.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Fresh greenery (wreaths, garlands, kissing balls, etc.) cannot be returned for reasons other than damage or defect.
- Seasonal items purchased after December 30 are final sale.

Return Shipping:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a return is approved, we’ll guide you through the process and help find the most affordable shipping option.
